Originally from Newark, NJ, Peggy has lived in NC for the last 20 years. Having graduated with a degree in Mortuary Science, Peggy one day aspires to own her own funeral home. In the interim, Peggy has been working with atypical and typical children for nine years as a long-term substitute, a teacher’s assistant, a middle school math teacher and a lead intervention specialist.
Peggy has a passion for all children and acknowledges that they all learn in their own way. She is an advocate of empowering children to be and do their best.
In her free time, Peggy enjoys spending time with her family and meeting new people. She is also an avid Duke (Blue Devil) and Carolina Panther fan!
