Jacque

Instructional Support

Jacqueline was born in Detroit, MI, but was raised in North Carolina from a very young age. She received her Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from Fayetteville State University where she discovered her love and passion for helping others. Jacqueline then received her Master’s in Social Work from North Carolina State University. While getting her Master's she requested to be an intern for the Autism Society of NC in order to gain a new experience and fell in love with the autism community. Upon graduation she was offered a position with Autism Society and gladly accepted! Jacqueline spent the next three years serving mainly adults with autism in a direct support position. During that time she also worked at a camp for individuals of varying ages with autism and began co-leading social groups for both adults and children with autism.

Jacqueline then decided to further both her career and education so that she could play a bigger role in providing effective services and treatment to those with autism. At the start of 2018 she began coursework to receive a Masters of Science in Applied Behavior Analysis and received her Registered Behavior Technician certification. Jacqueline also sought new employment in order to add to her experiences and found Learn with the Best School! Currently she serves as an instructional support staff member in addition to continuing her work with the Autism Society and working as a Registered Behavior Technician.

Jacqueline enjoys classic black and white films and musicals, spending time with her dog Bailey, brunch, reading. shopping, and spoiling her nephew.
