Registered Behavior Technician
Hayley grew up on the coast of Maine. She received her Bachelor of Science Degree in Biology from Clark University in Worcester, Massachusetts in 2015. After graduation, she began working at the Devereux Foundation in Massachusetts with adolescent boys with autism spectrum disorder comorbid with several different mental health illnesses. She left Devereux to manage a group home with Advocates, Inc for young adults on the autism spectrum.
Hayley moved to the Durham in 2016 to be closer to family. She began working as an Autism Services Coordinator at the Autism Society for North Carolina while she finished her Master of Arts Degree in Psychology from Walden University in 2017.
After obtaining her Masters Degree, Hayley began course work in Applied Behavior Analysis at Florida Institute of Technology. She became a Registered Behavior Technician in 2017 and has recently begun working on accruing supervision hours for her Board Certification as a Behavior Analyst (BCBA). Her next goal is to obtain her PhD in clinical psychology.
After work hours, Hayley enjoys playing softball, attending spin classes and walking her lab.
