Instructional Support / RBT

Ainsley is a North Carolina native who recently made her way back home after several adventures in Virginia and Utah. She is excited to be close again to her parents, 4 brothers and their wives, and 12 nieces and nephews.

Ainsley graduated from Southern Virginia University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Family and Child Development. She has been working with children with special needs (including Autism, Rett syndrome, Down Syndrome and other developmental disabilities) for over seven years, specializing in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) for the past 4 years. Ainsley is a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) and has been trained in Crisis Prevention Intervention (CPI). She is also familiar with social stories, video models, and toilet training. Ainsley has worked in several settings, including home, school, and clinic. She loves getting to know the kids she works with and helping them to reach their potential.

Ainsley enjoys the outdoors, spending time with family and friends, and soaking in the sun at the beach.
